About the Role

As a Sr. Engineer in the NPI Section, you will drive New Trench Technology and Platform projects within the R&D Department. You will serve as a critical liaison between Nexperia’s Business Groups in Manchester or Hamburg and the Cabuyao Plant (ATCB), ensuring project deliverables, process improvements, and product changes are executed efficiently. You will play a key role in enabling manufacturability, cost optimization, and safe product launches, supporting both technology and standard-track projects.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure all projects adhere to BCAMX (Business Creation and Management), QCM (Quality Change Management), and ATCB Change Control Board requirements.

  • Handle Standard to Technology Track projects from initiation to deployment.

  • Act as liaison between Nexperia BGs (Manchester/Hamburg) and ATCB teams, including Change Review Board, QA, Management, and Operations.

  • Complete or ensure completeness of required deliverables for BCAMX milestone gates, including RACI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Qualification Reports, and Safe Launch.

  • Deploy process and product changes in the production line.

  • Perform Safe Launch tracking to ensure smooth product introduction.

  • Plan resources and logistics for NPI projects.

  • Characterize processes, materials, products, and their interactions within the manufacturing environment as needed.

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to apply MVA/DVA for NPI projects to support DFPC (Package Cost) Improvement, Yield Improvement, and Cost Savings.

  • Provide guidance and support to other engineers to ensure manufacturability and timely delivery of NPI projects.

  • Perform additional roles or tasks as assigned by the superior.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering

  • Basic knowledge of Project Management fundamentals.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, SAS JMP, or Minitab.

  • Knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM.

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver results through teamwork and determination.
