Drive timely and accurate Alzheimer’s diagnosis and treatment by creating a sustainable environment for early therapy adoption. The role focuses on collaborating with hospitals and ecosystem partners to remove barriers to patient access, integrating funding solutions to complement reimbursement pathways, and shaping diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. This includes creating urgency for early diagnosis, reducing complexity in care delivery, and enabling coordinated pathways for patients. The position may progress into sales & marketing or specialisation in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key accounts to remove barriers to patient access
  • Create urgency by engaging customers to identify barriers and enablers for early Alzheimer’s care and patient identification.
  • Build confidence by motivating stakeholders to develop infrastructure and pathways that support timely diagnosis and treatment.
  •  Reduce complexity by delivering solutions that enable clear, coordinated care plans for early AD patients.
  • Establish and grow sustainable relationships with key Alzheimer’s stakeholders and integrate customer insights into strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional account planning and execution, ensuring alignment across Sales, Medical, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years in key account management, sales, or healthcare industry; experience with hospitals and organised customer groups preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills; entrepreneurial spirit with innovative approach.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects without direct authority.
