As a DRAM Cloud Systems Enablement Engineer DRAM Products group at Micron, you will be working with compute platforms in a data center environment, seeking out different DRAM failure mechanisms, the predictability of those mechanisms, and their effect on the overall system environment. You will also be responsible for system-level DRAM validation, system characterization, and failure analysis as it pertains to the Cloud/ Hyperscaler space and investigation of different DRAM architectures to improve correctability. Your day-to-day functions may also include: running and configuring diagnostic software, system debugging, crafting experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, crafting custom tools, and presenting data to customers both inside and outside of Micron and occasionally carrying out these responsibilities at the customers’ site. Lastly, the seniority level offered will be based on a combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers and system enablers on memory fault management in systems (Reliability, Addressability, and Serviceability).
Analyze large-scale datasets to extract outstanding insights and inform decision-making.
Maintain a solid understanding of Micron products and customer platforms to ensure flawless integration.
Continually acquire new skills and knowledge relating to memory, systems, and data analytics.
Characterize and debug DRAM errors while providing feedback to internal teams and customers.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to improve build and manufacturing quality.
Leverage product datasheets and documentation to deeply understand product and system functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience in Data/Statistical Analytics.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Productive and efficient time management skills, leading to more effective work.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for conveying ideas to customers and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within the semiconductor field.
Memory product engineering and/or system compatibility expertise.
Proven Python coding experience.
Experience with AI-assisted programming (Claude code, Roo code, etc.).
SQL/Cloud Database processing experience.
