We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Sales Director Player-Coach for the West Region to both lead a team of sales professionals and individually contribute to revenue growth. This hybrid role balances hands-on selling with coaching, mentoring, and managing a team to achieve ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about developing people, and consistently delivers results as both a leader and a seller.
