Overall Purpose
The Sr. Director, Product - Stablecoin is responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Early Warning’s next-generation cross-border payments platform. This platform will extend the speed, security, and simplicity of Zelle® to international money movement, leveraging stablecoin and digital asset technologies within a trusted, regulated framework.
This leader will translate vision into execution—building, aligning, and motivating a cross-functional team that deeply understands customer pain points and regulatory realities, and transforms that understanding into innovative, compliant, and scalable solutions that delight both consumers and financial institutions.
Essential Functions
Leadership: Leads the product strategy and execution for Early Warning’s global money movement initiative, ensuring alignment across business, technology, risk, and compliance organizations.
Builds coalitions internally and externally, fostering alignment across owner banks, regulators, and technology partners. May lead a team of direct reports.
Customer Passion and Advocacy: Proactively assesses customer needs across the portfolio of products to maximize customer satisfaction. Builds deep empathy for how consumers move money across borders and works to remove friction while maintaining trust and compliance. Routinely leverages feedback into insights; and builds products and services that delight and inspire.
Drive Outcomes: Working closely across marketing, sales, analytics, design and development partners, drive strong go to market strategies to attain product revenue and client adoption targets. Owns internal financial targets and customer net promoter and satisfaction goals.
Talent Development: Recruit, develop and retain top talent for the organization.
Commitment to Risk Management: Oversees the integration of strong risk and security controls. Ensures compliance to laws and regulations.
Technical Understanding: Partners closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to define scalable, secure, and compliant product designs involving digital assets and stablecoin-based settlement.
Ensures product capabilities meet stringent requirements around AML, KYC, OFAC, data privacy, and network security.
Maintains awareness of evolving global payments standards, regulatory frameworks, and blockchain ecosystem developments.
Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelors degree
15 or more years of related work experience
Familiarity with digital payments, blockchain, stablecoin, or cross-border remittance systems.
Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology
Demonstrated leadership experience and cross functional collaboration experience
Proven experience in and passion for building and delivering great products
Experience in recruiting and developing direct talent
Demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, roadmap and in meeting product revenue targets.
Demonstrated experience driving alignment at the executive and client leadership level
Excellent listening and execution skills
Background and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Experience working with financial regulators or compliance frameworks related to cross-border transactions.
Certifications in design thinking and/or agile.
Prior experience working in payments, financial services or similar regulated industry.
People management experience.

Physical Requirements
Early Warning works together in a highly collaborative office environment. As such, working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $206,000 - $275,000.
New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $248,000 - $330,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
