In this role you will lead a team of organized customer marketers focused on population-based decision makers across IDNs, Retailers and Payers while developing winning competitive marketing strategies, leading strategic alignment and pull through across internal and external cross-functional teams, maximizing budget/resources to driving best in class omni-channel strategies and execution, while measuring performance and driving improvements.  You will also lead US contributions to pipeline strategy and execution as well as in-line brand performance versus objectives.

What You Will Achieve

  • Accountable for the development and delivery of organized customer/population-based decision maker marketing objectives for Prevnar Adult across IDNs, Retailers, Payers
  • Lead organized customer marketing strategy-design-delivery-execution of communication platform needed to deliver marketing objectives
  • Design organized customer engagement omni-channel strategy & marketing mix to deliver marketing objectives
  • Lead collaboration with internal and external cross functional partners to translate brand and organized customer strategies while driving integrated and synergistic execution across US commercial model
  • Coach & develop team of marketers to develop marketing skills, capabilities and competencies while supporting career planning, development and progression
  • Contribute as a member of the brand leadership team to overall brand strategy, prioritization and Pfizer vaccine portfolio considerations
  • Contribute to pipeline strategies and execution for next generation pneumococcal vaccines
  • Lead cross functional team to build integrated learning and measurement plan for execution against brand objectives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 12+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree with 15+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences
  • Vaccines sales / marketing experience
  • Organized customer / population-based decision maker sales / marketing experiences
  • Experience leading, coaching, developing sales / marketing teams

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $204,700.00 to $341,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
