Synopsis of the role

As the Sr. Director of Partnerships, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of robust industry partnerships. Collaborating closely with product leaders to identify and manage partners that support the execution of business unit growth strategies and margin results.
You will lead the work across business units to transform business strategies into executable plans and drive executional excellence, ensuring accountability for revenue generated from partners.This role requires executive presence and a strong ability to influence decisions in a complex and matrixed environment with aggressive priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement specified account strategy plans to win significant revenues from new and existing Strategic Accounts

  • have a leadership role in the development, preparation and negotiation of pricing and business contractual terms and conditions for new partnerships contracts, contract renewals and amendments of existing strategic partners

  • work closely with Finance to create revenue forecasts and prepare ROI analyses for partners

  • be responsible for revenue generated from channel partners through on-line, off-line and batch delivery process

  • Work closely with the product leaders to identity and manage partners that will support them in executing strategies to achieve overall BU growth and margin results

  • You'll collaborate to help design and deploy a strategy for channel, deliver on revenue growth and expense budgets, and manage to those numbers

  • You'll help build a high-performance partnership culture in a very dynamic and rapidly-evolving market environment

  • You'll establish credibility throughout the organization, as well as with channel partners, as an effective developer of solutions that address industry challenges


What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 7+ years developing long term strategic relationships

  • Strong business acumen and negotiating skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate, persuade, plan and strategize in order to reach agreement

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Able to manage diverse and complex issues independently

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral), including clear executive presence

  • Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
