About the Role

The Senior Director of Product Execution will lead and champion the research, design, requirements, and execution practices across the LNRS Insurance and Healthcare product organization. This role is responsible for organization structure, team and talent development, as well as resource allocation and execution across the product lifecycle.

This position requires a positive, low-ego, and team-centric leader with strong forward-thinking product acumen. In the age of AI, where product functions are blurring week-over-week, this leader must be data-driven and impact focused. Reporting into this role are highly talented and ambitious directors who own teams across each practice. Therefore, this leader must excel at communication, vision clarity, and delegation, with experience managing upwards and downwards across a variety of personality types and backgrounds.

This role requires a history of wearing multiple hats across product offerings, ideally in a highly governed business. This includes experience with direct system-to-system data products as well as software solutions and platforms. As a function, this work impacts almost every single new product offering across the business. This role reports into the VP level and works in tight collaboration with senior leadership.
