Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Marketer to lead and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue for our B2B business. This role requires a strategic thinker and planner with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative marketing programs that deliver measurable results. In addition, this leader will establish the foundation of Datasite’s content marketing studio and guide cross-functional collaboration with product marketing to ensure content and messaging reinforce brand differentiation, accelerate buying decisions, and create market authority. 

Responsibilities 

  • Content Marketing Studio: Build the foundation for a scalable, high-impact content marketing studio—including editorial strategy, governance, resourcing, and workflows—to consistently deliver thought leadership, campaigns, and sales-enablement content. 
  • Integrated Content Strategy: Develop an integrated content roadmap (reports, blogs, video, podcasts, guides, case studies) that supports demand gen goals and brand storytelling across regions. 
  • Product Marketing Collaboration: Partner with product marketing to translate product value propositions and differentiators into compelling customer-facing narratives and assets. 
  • Messaging Alignment: Ensure consistency in messaging across demand gen campaigns, sales collateral, and customer touchpoints while tailoring content for local markets. 
  • Content Performance: Establish KPIs for content effectiveness (engagement, conversion, influence on pipeline) and use insights to refine editorial priorities. 
  • Thought Leadership: Elevate Datasite’s market authority by creating content that positions the company as a trusted voice in M&A, financial services, and SaaS innovation. 
  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with overall business objectives. 
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, webinars, and events. 
  • Lead Generation: Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted campaigns and effective lead nurturing programs. 
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and inside sales teams to provide them with the tools, content, and insights they need to close deals. 
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. 
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. 
  • Product Marketing & Content Marketing Expansion 

  

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing. 
  • Strong background in product marketing or translating complex products into clear, compelling stories. 
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue. 
  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. 
  • Experience with data-driven marketing and analytics. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Able to be hands-on and independent when appropriate. 

Preferred  

  • Experience in technology or SaaS companies. 
  • Experience in driving demand for B2B financial companies, including mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies. 
  • Experience with a broad range of marketing tools (Analytics, Automation, CRM, ++). 

Work Location & Flexibility

This position can be located remotely however if the candidate is based in our Minneapolis or New York City locations the office follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days per week. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$170,000.00 - $297,200.00
