Summary
Implement organization strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, while being accountable for business strategies, functional or operational areas, and regional processes or programs.
Responsible for managing and developing a team, setting direction, deploying resources across different projects, and participating in organization-wide initiatives.
Manage the delivery of contracted services to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded, maintaining tight control over delivery, risks, scope, and budget. Ensure operational teams and subcontractors fully understand client requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing day to day support and guidance. Promote the organization’s capabilities, identify opportunities for additional business, and contribute to contract extensions or growth within existing accounts.
Deliver functional, technical, or project information to sales to support commercial proposals and client-facing documentation.

As a Sr. Director Delivery Manager reporting to AVP Client Services, you’ll play a critical role in shaping operational standards, strengthening client partnerships, and leading multidisciplinary teams across LATAM. You will drive strategy execution, oversee complex service delivery, and ensure alignment with regulatory and financial market expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance operational standards to drive measurable business outcomes and continuous improvements.
• Resolve complex, non‑standard challenges requiring independent judgment and strategic decision-making.
• Manage service delivery for contracted clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
• Lead medium‑sized project teams (6+ members), setting direction, allocating resources, and guiding deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships, providing daily support and identifying opportunities to expand services or renew contracts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience across multidisciplinary and regional teams.
• Experience working with regulatory environments and financial markets in LATAM.
• Strong ability to anticipate trends, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Clear communicator with experience navigating collaborative, matrixed environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is optional.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing third‑party software as a client or vendor.
• Exposure to senior‑level decision-making in regulated industries.
• Experience in cross‑border collaboration and multicultural team environments.

Location & Work Model

This role is based in Colombia, Bogotá and offers a hybrid work environment requiring at least 3 days per week onsite (subject to change).
