Sr. Director, Client Services - EPIC - Evernorth - Remote

Join Evernorth Health Services as we transform care delivery for health systems nationwide. As a Sr. Director of Client Services, you’ll lead strategic EPIC conversion projects that empower hospitals to deliver exceptional infusion care at home. Your expertise will shape outcomes that matter—better workflows, stronger partnerships, and improved patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead EPIC EMR conversion projects for health systems, focusing on infusion services.

  • Serve as the primary consultant and trusted advisor to health system leadership.

  • Design and implement best practices that optimize infusion workflows and project success.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.

  • Facilitate collaboration across technical, clinical, and operational teams to achieve strategic goals.

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

  • Communicate progress, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

  • Travel up to 50% monthly to support client engagements and project delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in Admissions/Revenue Cycle with EPIC EMR implementations.

  • Healthcare industry experience, specifically in infusion services.

  • Proven success managing complex EMR projects with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of EPIC modules and workflows, especially infusion care.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology.

  • EPIC certification(s).

  • Consulting experience with health systems and infusion companies.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

 As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and health systems.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 155,700 - 259,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
