About the Job:
The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and driving results to support our website ecosystem vision. You will work with key internal and agency partners to execute high visibility digital strategies, analyze what’s working, and optimize to improve performance. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in digital marketing and user experience best practices.
What You'll Do:
Execute and help define strategies across our website properties with the goal of driving qualified digital leads and advisor recruits
Drive the day-to-day execution of campaign strategies and user journeys, collaborating cross-functionally for input and alignment to ensure the digital experience meets campaign objectives and supports media strategies
Build landing pages to support website ecosystem and campaign strategies, leaning into self-service website capabilities
Understand audiences coming to our website priorities and help identify strategies to create relevant website experiences to meet audience needs and drive the next best action
Partner with SEO SMEs to ensure best practices are taken into consideration as new experiences are created and existing experiences are optimized
Understand and drive website experience needs to support enterprise priorities
Planning & Prioritization
Understand website ecosystem vision, roadmap and priorities
Work with tech and creative partners to execute website priorities
Effectively communicate project status and any risks as projects evolve
Ability to manage multiple projects with large groups of stakeholders
Creative & Tech Partnerships
Own the briefing process for website deliverables
Work alongside creative and brand partners to ensure website deliverables meet brand standards and achieves the business goal
Consolidate feedback from creative reviews for input and alignment
Report back on creative results to inform future design iterations
Work with tech partners to ensure website experiences are scalable and optimized for self-service
Collaborate with tech partners on day-to-day priorities, troubleshooting and project status
Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams and advocate for the voice of the consumer to deliver an exceptional experience
Analytics Reporting
Work with data partners to ensure workspaces and analytic requirements are in place to effectively track and measure website performance
Analyze and use data and insights to optimize marketing plans and programs; leverage best practices when consulting
Collaborate with web experience team on reporting needs (weekly, monthly, ad hoc, campaign, etc.)
Understand website performance and how we are trending towards our KPIs
Testing & Personalization
Contribute to the website testing roadmap
Implement testing strategies to drive conversion rate optimization and to learn what works best in terms of copy, page layout, linking experiences, etc.
Develop personalization use cases to identify how to make website experiences more relevant to our target audiences
What You'll Bring to the Role:
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally (creative, tech, product) as well as collaborate with outside agencies and vendors
Strong understanding of website user experience best practices
Strong judge of creative and knowledge of best practices in driving high conversion
Strong analytical skills extracting insights, interpreting data and making recommendations that will optimize performance
Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends
Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently
Passion and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Upbeat, personable, positive, can-do attitude
Excellent problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong project management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated
