The Senior Diagnostic Manager leads strategic initiatives to build and optimize the diagnostic ecosystem for Alzheimer’s disease, ensuring timely and accurate diagnosis to support Kisunla adoption. This role combines scientific leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional influence to deliver innovative solutions that strengthen diagnostic capacity and patient flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Launch Readiness
    Define and execute diagnostic strategy, ensuring robust preparation for Kisunla launch and future innovations.
  • Ecosystem Development
    Map diagnostic pathways (PET, MRI, CSF, blood biomarkers), identify gaps, and implement solutions to improve access.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Build strong partnerships with imaging centers, diagnostic providers, and key opinion leaders to enhance referral networks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with Medical, Market Access, and Brand teams to align diagnostic initiatives with overall Alzheimer’s strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring
    Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights to optimize diagnostic readiness and market development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 7+ years in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry with leadership experience.
  • Preferred: Neuroscience diagnostic expertise; strong B2B or business development background.
  • Strong scientific leadership, problem-solving skills (getting things done), and innovative mindset.
  • Business-proficient level of English; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
