Sr Designer, Brand Creative

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Specialist who can bring big ideas to life. In this role, you’ll develop and pitch creative concepts for integrated campaigns and lead the design execution across digital and social platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and UX teams to deliver work that’s visually compelling, strategically sound, and consistent across all channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance concept development with high-quality design craft, helping us create campaigns that stand out and drive results. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Campaign Ideation & Pitching: Develop bold, strategic creative concepts for integrated campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels. Confidently present and pitch ideas to internal stakeholders, articulating the creative vision and its alignment with business goals.  

  • Creative Development: Design high-quality visual assets for campaigns, including social media, web, email, and paid media.  

  • UX/UI Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts for web and mobile experiences that enhance usability and engagement.  

  • Agile Workflow: Work within an Agile process, adapting quickly to feedback and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.  

  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve Stride’s visual identity, ensuring consistency while introducing fresh, innovative approaches.  

  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, UX, and content teams to align creative output with strategic objectives and deliver cohesive brand experiences.  

  • Hands-On Design: Produce compelling designs that meet business goals and delight audiences, from concept through final execution.  

  • Trend Leadership: Stay ahead of design and cultural trends and bring forward-thinking ideas to elevate our brand.  

Minimum Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design, UX/UI work, and integrated campaign concepts. 

  • Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar platforms. 

  • Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently pitch creative ideas and influence decision-makers. 

  • Understanding of UX/UI: Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices. 

  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for visual craft and consistency. 

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to approach creative challenges strategically and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. 

Desired Skills: 

  • Ability to develop, pitch, and execute on integrated campaign concepts that align with brand strategy. 

  • Strong storytelling skills to create emotionally resonant narratives for families and learners. 

  • Experience creating motion graphics and video direction for digital campaigns. 

  • Deep understanding of cross-channel creative strategy (social, web, email, video, emerging platforms). 

  • Awareness of cultural and design trends to keep creative fresh and relevant. 

  • Ability to mentor junior creatives and foster collaboration within the team. 

  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. 

  • Familiarity with analytics-driven creative optimization (using data to refine design decisions).

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.  Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate the salary range to be $57,519.75 to $90,000.  Eligible employees may receive a bonus.  This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.  These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
