Sr Demand Generation Specialist ( sales campaign enablement)

Demand Generation team, within the Sales Enablement function, has a strategic focus on empowering partners to build top of the funnel through campaigns, leveraging conferences and cross business units’ collaboration. We help partners to identify, nurture and qualify new leads as well as support the acceleration and closing of deals.

What you will do:

  • Work with Consulting Partners, Industry Leads, Managing Practice Leads on demand generation activities, targeting MQLs and executing on campaigns plans.
  • Produce compelling and innovative material to support industries go-to-market (conversation starters, presentations, email templates, flyers).
  • Inform stakeholder decision based on data-driven insights and market analysis.
  • Support Gartner Consulting team’s delivery of webinars and roundtables in a physical or virtual environment, as well as support Consulting team presence and activities at Gartner conferences.
  • Report on campaign performances and ROI. 
  • Establish trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Professional fluency in English is a must and knowledge of any other European languages a plus.
  • 2 – 3 years of marketing, sales enablement experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, lead projects independently and delegate tasks as appropriate.
  • Ability to lead campaigns from planning, ideation to execution.
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on their business impact and expected ROI.
  • Strong executive presence and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong competency with computer-based tools including Microsoft Office and CRM system(s).
  • Strong competency with data analysis and reporting (Excel is a must, PowerBI is a plus).
  • Competency with sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Comfortable being measured on MQLs and revenues generated.
