The Opportunity
As a Senior Delivery Manager you will provide Project and Portfolio Management leadership across Global IT, including value realization, communication, tracking, and visualization and leading excellence in delivery of those objectives. You will be responsible for implementing governance alignment and management, including sourcing, budgeting, compliance, project and portfolio Global IT processes. You will act as a key contributor to transforming Global IT units to the Product Centric operating model, by influencing and implementing change management, and providing guidance for transition from waterfall to agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
Identify and solve complex problems in Project/Program Management across Waterfall and Agile methodologies for implementation and/or administration of project governance requirements, feedback for process improvement, lessons learned, and program enhancements.
Act as a point of escalation moderately complex, non-routine problems.
Provides leadership to cross-functional teams and/or program composed of multiple products/work streams with medium complexity in the successful delivery of high-impact IT initiatives.
Manages solutions to achieve identified objectives, drives program achievement, and influences decision-making on projects and focusing on business outcomes.
Identify opportunities and business needs by ensuring alignment of project and product investments and initiatives with business strategy based on changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies.
Lead the implementation of strategic and core projects and programs, ensuring routine monitoring, measurement, and reporting of performance against budget, schedule, and business objectives.
Identify barriers that may be slowing down projects and propose innovative solutions to remove inefficiencies and drive progress toward program goals.
Provide periodic updates to senior management and monitor the execution of delivery team activities.
Actively manage project governance and portfolio management processes to ensure that approved initiatives align with budget and resource constraints.
Maintain visibility into project performance, as well as associated risks and issues, and ensure effective governance coordination and support across the project and program portfolio.
Partner with Global Chapter and Service Line Leads to ensure compliance with, and appropriate use of, enterprise portfolio and project management tools.
Contribute to key initiatives, projects, and organizational changes in collaboration with business stakeholders, Global IT Sponsors, and Global IT Partners.
Support the development of a highly productive and effective delivery team through facilitation and coordination, ensuring excellence in the delivery of business outcomes.
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Technology)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Lean/Agile development environment
Proven experience partnering with business leaders to plan and deliver complex programs
Extensive experience in product, program, and project management, including full lifecycle delivery of large-scale applications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of a global organization
Ability to structure and organize project data in a meaningful way to support delivery team performance
Demonstrated capability to lead, motivate, and drive decisions within cross-cultural teams
Proven ability to negotiate, influence without formal authority, and manage conflict in a constructive and diplomatic manner
Strong change management capability, including the ability to identify, advocate for, and implement improvements within the organization
High level of adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4600 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
