Job Overview

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated Analytics professional to join a multidisciplinary team focused on developing innovative solutions that extract meaningful insights from complex healthcare data. This role involves applying mathematical, statistical, and analytical techniques to identify key drivers, assess the impact of changing conditions, and forecast trends that inform strategic decision‑making across the healthcare ecosystem.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with researchers, consultants, and technical experts to translate advanced analytics into clear, actionable business insights and contribute to high‑impact research initiatives.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze and model large, complex healthcare datasets using statistical and quantitative techniques

  • Apply mathematical and statistical models to:

    • Identify key drivers and relationships
    • Evaluate the impact of changing market or clinical conditions
    • Forecast trends and outcomes
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to the design and execution of custom research studies, including analysis, interpretation, and synthesis of results

  • Support the development and publication of research findings, reports, and presentations

  • Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality analytics solutions

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical or quantitative field

  • Strong passion for analytics, data‑driven problem solving, and research

  • Working knowledge of analytics and statistical programming tools such as Python or R

  • Experience applying statistical techniques including:

    • Machine learning models
    • Clustering and segmentation
    • Time‑series analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical insights into business‑relevant conclusions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,300.00 - $220,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
