Position Summary

The Senior Data Integrity Analyst is a key contributor to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of McKesson’s enterprise data, including AI‑generated, automated, and digitized outputs. As a senior individual contributor, this role provides advanced quality assurance and quality control oversight across AI‑enabled digitization workflows.

You will independently validate data against source documents and business rules, identify systemic risks, and deliver insights that improve data quality, trust, and downstream usability. This position also influences data integrity standards, partners with technical and governance teams to address root causes, and plays a critical role in strengthening McKesson’s data quality framework.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced QA/QC & Data Integrity Review

  • Lead senior‑level QA/QC assessments of AI‑generated, automated, and digitized data outputs.

  • Independently validate complex data sets against source records, business rules, and established quality standards.

  • Identify, document, and evaluate data integrity defects, trends, and systemic quality risks.

Issue Investigation & Root‑Cause Analysis

  • Produce clear, actionable findings and recommendations to address defects and strengthen upstream controls.

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex, ambiguous, or high‑risk data integrity issues.

  • Partner with AI, engineering, analytics, and governance teams to diagnose root causes and drive remediation.

Governance, Standards, & Framework Support

  • Support audit readiness by maintaining validation evidence, traceability, and documentation.

  • Contribute to the development and calibration of data integrity standards, QA/QC criteria, and validation frameworks.

  • Evaluate post‑remediation results to verify effectiveness and prevent recurrence.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to analysts performing routine validation activities.

  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders, influencing decisions without direct authority.

  • Help elevate data quality practices across teams by advocating for consistency, accuracy, and integrity.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Critical Skills

  • Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience in data quality, QA/QC, data validation, audit, or data governance roles.

  • Demonstrated experience reviewing automated, system‑generated, or AI‑enabled data outputs.

  • Proven ability to independently investigate and resolve complex data quality issues.

  • Advanced analytical judgment and ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong knowledge of data quality concepts, validation criteria, and QA/QC methodologies.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in the application of rules and standards.

  • Ability to interpret complex business rules, source documentation, and validation logic.

  • Strong written communication skills for documenting findings and recommendations.

  • Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and drive alignment without direct authority.

  • High degree of independence, objectivity, and professional integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML‑enabled tools, OCR, NLP, or large‑scale digitization platforms.

  • Familiarity with regulated or compliance‑driven environments.

  • Experience with sampling techniques, root‑cause analysis, and quality risk assessment.

  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools; comfort working with large and complex datasets.

  • Exposure to data quality monitoring tools, data catalogs, or metadata management platforms.

Salary: 99,200.00 - 132,300.00 - 165,400.00 USD Annual with 10% MIP

Target comp is approx.~ 125K with 10% MIP
