Position Overview

The Senior Data & AI Lead for Resilience Assurance is a forward‑looking role designed to embed real‑time analytics and agentic AI into the organization’s assurance framework. This leader will pioneer the shift from traditional compliance monitoring to continuous, intelligent validation of policies and standards, ensuring resilience is not just maintained but dynamically strengthened in the face of evolving risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Real‑time policy validation: Architect AI‑driven systems that continuously monitor and validate adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Predictive analytics for resilience: Develop models that forecast compliance risks, resiliency gaps, and emerging vulnerabilities before they materialize.
  • Agentic AI enablement: Deploy autonomous AI agents to simulate resiliency scenarios, monitor controls, and recommend corrective actions in real time.
  • AI‑augmented audits: Transform compliance audits into continuous, data‑driven processes with anomaly detection, automated reporting, and predictive insights.
  • Dynamic maturity assessments: Use AI‑powered benchmarking to track organizational resiliency maturity and project future readiness.
  • Architecture intelligence: Apply AI tools to evaluate system architectures for resiliency, scalability, and compliance alignment.
  • Automated control testing: Implement AI frameworks that validate control effectiveness instantly, reducing manual overhead and increasing accuracy.
  • Strategic advisory: Translate complex analytics and AI insights into actionable strategies for executives, regulators, and operational leaders.
  • Innovation roadmap: Drive a 3–5 year vision for embedding AI into assurance, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of intelligent compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Data analytics mastery: Expertise in big data platforms, machine learning, and visualization tools (Python, R, Spark, Power BI, Tableau).
  • AI leadership: Proven experience deploying agentic AI, autonomous monitoring systems, and AI‑driven compliance solutions.
  • Resilience & compliance knowledge: Strong grounding in frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST, COBIT, and regulatory standards.
  • Technical depth: Understanding of IT architecture, cloud environments, and resiliency engineering.
  • Executive presence: Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, data‑driven narratives.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISA, CRISC, CISSP; advanced AI/ML certifications are highly desirable.

By embedding analytics and agentic AI into compliance monitoring, the Senior Data & AI Lead ensures the organization evolves from reactive compliance to predictive, adaptive resilience — positioning the enterprise as a global leader in intelligent assurance over the next decade.

The base pay range per annum for this position is 74,400 - 111,600 EUR. F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
