Sr Cybersecurity Manager
We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to lead aspect of the design and continuous improvement of the enterprise information security program to safeguard business operations, regulatory compliance, and information assets. They drive strategic decision-making to align security initiatives with enterprise goals, analyzing security services (e.g., project delivery, operator governance) to identify risks, prioritize threats, and recommend mitigation strategies. They also participate in cybersecurity tool vendor management to ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and operational needs. The role mentors junior team members, embeds best practices into project lifecycles, and collaborates cross-functionally to align security strategies with technological innovation and regulatory requirements..
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Director Cybersecurity Solutions, you will be empowered to:
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, standards, and guidelines for information assurance and data security.
Provide expert advice on security strategies, compliance controls, and risk management for products, services, and systems.
Investigate breaches, conduct risk assessments, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements.
Plan and oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and accreditation activities to identify risks and validate controls.
Lead digital forensic investigations, analyze evidence, and produce detailed reports while ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage changes, and optimize processes through structured problem-solving and documentation.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, security risk analysis, business impact evaluations, and accreditation for complex systems; investigate major breaches and recommend control improvements.
Provide expert advice on security strategies and system design, involving specialists as needed, and use modeling or simulation to validate proposed components with stakeholders.
Coach and support colleagues in developing skills, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and navigating challenges while fostering learning and development aligned with team and personal goals.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
Education & Experience:
Undergraduate degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related discipline
Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in progressively advancing roles within Information Technology or a related function.
Minimum of five (5) years’ progressive experience in the development and delivery of enterprise security strategies.
Minimum of two (2) years’ progressive experience in programming
Relevant Skills:
Hands-on experience or strong knowledge in managing security infrastructure (firewalls, IPS, WAF, endpoint protection, SIEM), reviewing application code for vulnerabilities, using vulnerability management tools, and conducting threat modeling for new applications and services.
Strong knowledge of data privacy compliance, information security architecture, cybersecurity principles, encryption methods, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and digital forensics tools.
Proficiency in IT infrastructure and security technologies, including applications, databases, operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), ZTNA, RBAC, IAM, PAM, and DevSecOps practices.
Specialized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred, with expertise in coding security scanning tools and familiarity with business continuity planning and network defense strategies.
Licenses, Registrations, Certificates:
AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license)
