Ecolab is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent I to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will be a trusted partner for our customers and internal teams, managing orders and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Morning tasks: Process orders using the order management application.
- Afternoon tasks: Support local team activities - Handle inbound calls and respond to emails related to delivery notes, COAs, invoicing, and order claims.
- Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM.
- Confirm orders and check shipment status.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in the Order-to-Cash cycle.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for deadlines and order quality.
What You Will Need
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Advanced English (C1).
- Spanish preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and professional written communication.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience with SAP or Customer Service software (advantage).
