Ecolab is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Hungary. As a Customer Service Agent you’ll support specialized and distributor accounts, using your experience and judgment to resolve more complex customer issues. You’ll be a trusted partner to our customers and field associates, handling a steady volume of inbound calls while maintaining accurate records and ensuring every interaction reflects Ecolab’s commitment to service excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Address on average 30 - 50 inbound inquiries each day from internal & external customers both via phone and email while following department guidelines.
Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM.
Provide quality solutions to our customers.
Interface with other departments to resolve problems related to order to cash cycle.
Achieve target goals for daily deadlines and monthly order quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in Norwegian (minimum B2 - verbally and written).
Advanced level of English (minimum B2 - verbally and written).
Good MS Office skills.
Strong customer orientation.
Effective business writing in a professional and friendly approach.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Embrace repetition of core job duties in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Additional Scandinavian language (DK, SE or FI) - minimum B2.
Experience using Customer Service software or/and SAP is considered an advantage.
