As a Senior Sales Oncology Customer Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and driving growth within the oncology portfolio in Bahrain. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets for the oncology portfolio in Bahrain.

  • Accountable for accurate execution of territory sales targets planning and operational cross-functional territory development plan within assigned territory.

  • Identify and communicate with relevant customers including Key Opinion Leaders, Oncology decision-making authorities in cancer institutions, and other members of the appropriate Multi-Disciplinary Team (Nurses, Pharmacists, Pathologists, etc.) to maximize sales in the territory.

  • Work in close collaboration with line manager and members of the cross-functional team to create, execute, lead, and coordinate the activities of other team members in the same territory.

  • Support the marketing team to drive growth of our product and inline products to maximize business outcomes.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date picture of the competitive landscape and clinical perspectives within cancer institutions in their territory.

  • Provide an accurate and reasonable territory potential picture as a basis for short and long-term territory sales planning.

  • Maintain an excellent understanding of various processes within cancer institutions in their territory (e.g., Multidisciplinary Team approaches, Hospital Treatment Protocols for Cancer, Pharmacy Policies, Formulary Inclusion process).

  • Ensure sufficient inventory at the hospital pharmacy to meet the demand of Oncologists/Patients for Oncology Medicines, in collaboration with Market Access and Logistics colleagues.

  • Leverages data and Patient flow insights to prioritize accounts and align resources where clinical impact is greatest.

  • Ensure high level of ethical standards of Oncology business in place.

Qualifications

Required

  • University degree in a relevant Healthcare-related major (Medical/ Pharmaceutical)

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business with a successful track record.

  • Oncology Experience is a priority

  • Residency in Bahrain is a must

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Highly organized, structured with a competitive mindset.

  • Excellent planning and time management skills.

  • High level of learning agility.

  • The ability to interact with all levels of customers, including high-level scientific leaders.

  • Excellent leadership skills and sound understanding of the roles of other cross-functional team members.

  • Stakeholder management: Proven ability to identify, engage, influence, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, hospital decision makers, pharmacy heads, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Leadership and team coordination: Experience leading territory-level initiatives, coaching colleagues, and driving cross‑functional collaboration to deliver results.

  • Networking and relationship building: Strong ability to create and sustain a professional network across oncology institutions and relevant healthcare communities.

  • Strategic planning: Capability to develop territory plans based on market insights, potential assessments, and competitive landscape.

  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable using sales data, patient flow metrics, market intelligence, and CRM insights to prioritize accounts, forecast demand, and measure outcomes.
