Position Summary

The Digital Ops Configuration Associate III supports the configuration, build, and validation of Patient First Digital Solutions (PFDS) technologies used in clinical studies. This experienced professional independently delivers high-quality digital study builds while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are compliant, efficient, and delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and build PFDS digital solutions, including but not limited to: CTMS, eSource, eCOA, Televisit, eConsent, patient engagement, recruitment, finance, and visit/subject management tools.

  • Develop and implement data validations and edit checks to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

  • Execute database activities in accordance with study timelines, SOPs, and contractual requirements.

  • Collaborate with study teams, site operations, and internal stakeholders to support study delivery.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and apply system expertise to resolve challenges.

  • Support validation and implementation of new digital technologies.

  • Mentor peers on study build and configuration best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in digital system configuration, data management, or clinical technology implementation.

  • Working knowledge of GCP and applicable regulatory standards.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Office or remote office environment.
