We are looking to hire a Sr. Channel Marketing Executive based in Mumbai

Description
• The Unimart/OFM Channel Marketing Executive is entrusted with taking care of business-related tasks, requiring an in-depth understanding of the shopper journey and the ability to provide insights to categories. The role also involves highlighting the nuances and distinctions between OFM Vs MT and GT.
• Responsible for closing category initiatives and overseeing the implementation
• Responsible for analyzing the sales and execution data there by making an appropriate action plan
• He/she will be expected to have strong stakeholder management skills as the role will involve interacting with diverse stakeholders – CSP teams, SC, finance, Branch teams, HFS, etc.

Main Responsibilities-
• Design and activate category drives in close collaboration with CSP teams
• Responsible for closing schemes and consumer promos with categories
• Responsible for operationalizing the promos on ground including some HFS related tasks
• Should be excellent with data handling, analyzing, excel trackers and Atlan.
• Partly responsible for task publishing for OFMs
• The person will be expected to have good business understanding and there by should be able to identify new levers for the growth
• Engaging with channel and branch counterparts to ensure smooth operational flow of the business.

• High bias for action and open to new learnings
• Should understand shopper behaviors
• Understanding of multiple channels is preferred but not limiting.
