About the Role:

Plays a critical support role in PRC operations, supporting PRC Managers to execute promotional review processes and maintain marketing operations systems at Neurocrine. Coordinates cross-functional review workflows while supporting adherence to regulatory requirements and ensuring documentation accuracy. Requires proficiency in marketing operations platforms, including Veeva Vault PromoMats and Adobe Workfront, to support system administration and process efficiency. Demonstrates strong organizational capabilities in managing promotional material lifecycles and coordinating moderately complex cross-functional workflows across stakeholders. Analyzes performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Applies established processes and sound judgment to resolve operational issues and escalate as needed.
Supports maintenance of system documentation, provides user training, and acts as a resource in coordinating vendor relationships to support effective and compliant marketing operations execution. Contributes to the efficiency and quality of Marketing Operations and closely related teams

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • Coordinates internal review and approval processes for promotional materials, including managing timelines, supporting PRC meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation

  • Coordinates cross-functional review timelines, assesses priorities, and escalates or supports resolution of conflicts

  • Supports regulatory compliance by validating and transferring approved materials for regulatory submission

  • Maintains central promotional collateral repository, including lifecycle tracking and expiration management

  • Analyzes PRC and system performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements

  • Provides training and guidance to stakeholders on PRC procedures and systems

  • Administers inventory and fulfillment of promotional materials, including inventory tracking, ordering, and expired material destruction

  • Coordinates print production processes and supports tracking of brand print budgets

  • Supports organization and maintenance of digital asset management systems

  • Troubleshoots user issues and documents changes, acting as a resource for system users

  • Supports administration of Veeva Vault PromoMats and Adobe Workfront systems, including user provisioning, metadata updates, and workflow support

  • Creates and maintains user guides, work instructions, and training materials

  • Coordinates with fulfillment vendors, monitors ordering activity, and analyzes metrics to support operational efficiency

  • Maintains Marketing Operations SharePoint sites, supporting content updates and organization

  • Works on moderately complex operational issues, applying established processes and judgment to recommend solutions and escalate when appropriate

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Typical Experience or Education:

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences AND 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience, training, and/or certification OR

  • Master’s degree AND 2+ related experience

  • Understanding of marketing operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements related to promotional materials

  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional regulatory requirements and guidance

  • Experience in print production processes and execution

  • Experience supporting promotional material review processes with medical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders

  • Solid understanding of processes, procedures, and systems used to accomplish team objectives, with familiarity with related functional areas

  • Understands how the role contributes to functional and business objectives

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to support alignment across cross-functional stakeholders

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Veeva Vault (PromoMats) or similar promotional review systems

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tools

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address moderately complex cross-functional challenges, applying established processes and sound judgment

  • Demonstrates effective project management skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines

  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across functions

  • Applies strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader operational impact

  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in managing changing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy

    The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $103,300.00-$141,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
