What You’ll Do

  • Deliver world-class customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and professional quality communications with internal teams and external customers.
  • Advocate for customer quality, food safety, and compliance requirements while upholding Van Drunen Farms’ quality standards.
  • Complete and manage high-demand food safety and regulatory documentation, including audits, questionnaires, and customer requests.
  • Respond to complex technical quality inquiries that require cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and independent decision-making.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments, supply chains, and processing facilities to ensure full compliance.
  • Create and maintain product profiles and technical documentation, and champion customer portals where applicable.

What You’ll Bring

  • Three or more years of experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing within agriculture, food manufacturing, or dietary supplements.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and the food supply chain.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • High school diploma required, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
