Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Lead and manage team of contract managers for the Americas region of DXC’s Insurance Software Business (ISB)
Lead the initiation, negotiation, execution, drafting and maintenance of contracts.
Support the maintenance of contract templates and standard agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with contract managers on contract and negotiation strategies.
Assist team members in contract negotiations.
Maintain contract-related records.
Participate in contract process improvement initiatives.
Handle contract-related tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiations and management including professional services agreements, SaaS agreements and other technology agreements.
Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiations and management
Proficiency in contract law, risk assessment, contract negotiation and drafting, using contracts lifecycle management (CLM) systems
A continuous learner who stays current on industry and legal knowledge and technology
Proficient in using legal AI tools
Other Qualifications (not required):
Juris doctor (JD) from US law school
Admitted to bar in any US state
