Sr Consultant Salesforce

What success looks like in this role:

Senior Salesforce Consultant supporting implementations, design, development and maintenance of Salesforce service Cloud and Data cloud ,inlcuding Salesforce Field service. Work with, architects and developers to design, implement features, fix bugs, and support integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design /Customize  Salesforce service cloud features.
  • Integration and ingestion of data from multiple disparate sources into Service cloud and Data cloud.
  • Very well versed using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Formulae, Page Layouts).
  • Very well versed with developing Apex classes/triggers ,custom Lightning web components (LWC).
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, solution design reviews, and sprint planning.
  • Reasonable experience in building world class digital experience portals.
  • Provide insights to architects on when to go OOTB and when to customize .Very good understanding of best practices in Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and support end users.
  • Assist developers when needed.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent .
  • Minimum 8 years hands on expertise in Salesforce service cloud or associated modules.
  • Must have been a part of at least 1 end to end Service Cloud implementation and 1 Data cloud implementation.  
  • Very good knowledge of Salesforce platform: Objects, Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, Governor limits, Storage optimization.
  • Very good knowledge of Data cloud concepts, like data segmentation, data spaces, data indexing etc.
  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce CLI in VS Code.
  • Hands on Expertise in Data cloud and ingestion of data from multiple data sources.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with integrations (REST APIs), middleware ( AzureIPaaS).
  • Familiarity with Agent force agents.

Salesforce field service and CRM analytics.
