  • Drive Innovation and Capability Creation: Identify, incubate, and accelerate transformative digital opportunities—from next-generation personalization to frictionless banking and advisory experiences.

  • Monitor Market Disruption: Analyze market shifts, emerging fintech trends, and consumer insights to develop bold, actionable strategies that keep our digital ecosystem ahead of competitors and evolving client expectations.

  • Mobilize Enterprise Execution: Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to translate vision into measurable outcomes, embedding agility, experimentation, and continuous delivery into our ways of working.

  • Inspire Alignment and Engagement: Develop compelling narratives, business cases, and data-driven insights to unite senior executives, partners, and teams around a shared vision for digital leadership and innovation.

  • Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching and mentorship to junior members of the Digital Strategy team, fostering their growth and development.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
