We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join the Security Governance team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing customer documentation, managing communication with customers and internal stakeholders for all the SUS deliverables and maintaining the portal updates for patch media distribution
Required skills and attributes:
Basic understanding of Operating Systems(both Windows and Linux), hardware and technology.
Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts.
Adaptability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
Prior experience engaging directly with customers.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in document management and maintaining accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications:
ASTRO 25 system experience is a plus.
Prior Salesforce experience is a plus
Prior Flexera experience is a plus
Prior google site experience is a plus.
A degree in a related field such as Communications, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory; employer work permit sponsorship is not provided for this position.
