The Sr. Compliance & Audit Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of event-related financial documentation and reconciliation processes. This role acts as a liaison between the Meetings & Events Managers, Meetings & Events Coordinators, and the Accounting team to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with internal standards and timelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review all Statements of Work (SOW) and budgets upon creation by Meeting Event Managers and Coordinators
  • Proactively schedule check-ins to track progress and ensure Cvent and Budgetwise entries are accurate and up to date
  • Push the 14-day SLA in Cvent to align with reconciliation timelines
  • Locate AACL and EA forms 10 days post-event and guide teams through outstanding tasks in Cvent and Budgetwise
  • Lead reconciliation handoff meetings with Accounting and event teams 15 days post-event and monitor progress to ensure timely close
  • Act as a final checkpoint to verify all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Support special projects, oversee final billing audits, and maintain data integrity in Cvent, including SLAs and custom fields

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in event coordination, finance, or operations
  • Familiarity with Cvent, Budgetwise, and reconciliation workflows
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with event budgeting and post-event reconciliation

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and financial audit processes
  • Experience leading cross-functional meetings and training sessions
  • Familiarity with the Health Care Professional (HCP) industry

Working Logistics & Things You Should Know

  • This is a Remote
  • This position requires up to 10% travel for event support and reconciliation meetings
  • This position operates on Central Standard Time (CST)
