About the Role
Foxit is seeking an operational backbone of our global PR, executive communications, and go-to-market communications efforts.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who can bring structure to complex workstreams, manage agency partners across regions, and support the communications infrastructure that protects and strengthens Foxit’s reputation globally.
You will own the day-to-day relationship with PR agency partners in the U.S. and EMEA, coordinate communications support for product launches and go-to-market initiatives, assist with crisis and reputation readiness, and support the SVP of Marketing with executive communications, team operations, and global budget coordination.
This role sits at the intersection of PR, executive communications, product launch communications, vendor management, and marketing operations. It is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable drafting executive-ready materials, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping global communications programs moving.

- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Foxit’s PR agency partners across the U.S. and EMEA.
- Manage agency deliverables, timelines, reporting cadences, and performance against agreed KPIs.
- Coordinate media opportunities, briefing materials, spokesperson preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure messaging consistency across North America and key European markets.
- Support agency business reviews, reporting, and vendor performance evaluations.
Executive & Internal Communications
- Support communication strategies aligned with Foxit’s business priorities, executive leadership, and global marketing goals.
- Draft internal communications related to product launches, company milestones, departmental updates, and organizational change.
- Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, presentation content, and communications support for external engagements.
- Support thought leadership initiatives, including speaking opportunities, bylines, executive visibility, and event participation.
- Provide timely communications support during fast-moving situations, helping anticipate issues and align messaging.
Go-to-Market Communications
- Coordinate communications workstreams for product launches across PR, content, product marketing, and demand generation.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams to develop accurate, technically grounded press releases, announcements, and feature communications.
- Participate in launch planning cycles to ensure PR timelines are aligned with product milestones.
- Pressure-test external messaging for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before it reaches media, analysts, or the public.
- Maintain editorial and communications calendars across key initiatives.
- Support contributed articles, award submissions, analyst materials, and media briefing preparation.
- Track media coverage, share of voice, coverage quality, and communications performance for leadership reporting.
Crisis & Reputation Communications
- Support the development and maintenance of crisis communications plans, escalation protocols, and response materials.
- Help maintain pre-approved holding statements, spokesperson guidance, and issue-response playbooks.
- Coordinate internal alignment during active issues to ensure the right stakeholders are informed and messaging is consistent.
- Monitor reputational risks, emerging media narratives, competitive coverage, and market issues that may require communications action.
- Partner with executive leadership, Legal, Operations, and Marketing stakeholders to ensure sensitive communications are reviewed appropriately.
Marketing Operations & Budget Coordination
- Manage key marketing team administrative processes, including meeting coordination, project tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups.
- Own departmental budget coordination, including invoice processing, agency spend tracking, variance flagging, and monthly or quarterly reconciliation support.
- Maintain a communications project management system that gives stakeholders visibility into active workstreams, owners, deadlines, and next steps.
- Prepare executive-ready reports summarizing PR performance, media coverage, campaign momentum, reputation metrics, and key communications activity.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR program management, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, software, or a similarly complex global business environment preferred.
- Proven experience managing external PR or communications agencies across multiple markets.
- Strong project management instincts with the ability to create structure, manage ambiguity, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Experience supporting executive communications, internal communications, product launches, or reputation management.
- Familiarity with crisis communications frameworks and issue-response processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for executives, employees, media, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work across time zones and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels, from executive materials to budget tracking and agency follow-up.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing PR vendors or communications programs in European markets such as the UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, or similar regions.
- Familiarity with analyst relations, including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar firms.
- Experience with media monitoring or PR platforms such as Meltwater, Cision, Mention, or similar tools.
