About This Job

The Sr. Commercial Product Management Analyst partners with Commercial teams to understand lending and servicing workflows, translate business needs into system-level requirements, and work with Technology to design scalable solutions across processes, systems, data, and automation. The role initially serves as the primary intake point for Commercial Lending enhancement requests for Salesforce and nCino—triaging and coordinating across stakeholders to identify pain points, dependencies, and priorities—with scope expected to expand into broader workflow design, solution definition, and project-based initiatives, including exploring automation, AI, and low-code tools to reduce manual work and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary intake point for Commercial Lending enhancement requests (Salesforce, nCino), partnering with Commercial stakeholders to understand issues, desired outcomes, urgency, and impact
  • Triage and clarify requests, define scope, and coordinate routing and next steps with Product and Technology partners
  • Identify patterns and root causes, recommend fixes or process improvements, and track requests through completion to improve visibility and outcomes
  • Design end-to-end workflows across people, process, systems, data, integrations, business rules, and automation/AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and usability
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution options, articulating constraints and tradeoffs, and contribute to defining practical target-state solutions aligned with enterprise standards
  • Collaborate with Technology to evaluate tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, nCino, workflow engines, data/automation/AI capabilities) for fitness for purpose, scalability, and long-term maintainability
  • Apply strong knowledge of Commercial Lending and servicing workflows (e.g., origination, underwriting, credit, booking, servicing, covenant tracking, exceptions) to inform analysis and solution design
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, eliminate duplication, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency, linking production support pain points to broader enhancements
  • Produce clear, structured documentation such as workflow diagrams, process descriptions, solution summaries, and decision records
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders; prepare concise documentation, recommendations, and updates to drive shared understanding and decisions
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of process and workflow improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/IS/Finance/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year's experience in business/product analysis, solution design, or business architecture in complex, multi-system environments
  • Knowledge of commercial lending/commercial banking workflows; comfortable operating in regulated, risk-sensitive environments
  • Experience partnering with business and technology teams to triage issues, shape enhancements, and translate needs into clear requirements/solution options (understanding impacts and tradeoffs)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional partners
  • Able to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and navigate ambiguity; eager to learn and take on increasing ownership
  • Exposure to tools/platforms (e.g., Salesforce, nCino, workflow/orchestration, integration, enterprise data); interest in automation/emerging tech
  • Familiarity with product/project management and product discovery practices
