Overview
The V1xSP (VisionOne for Service Provider) platform is purpose-built for Partner business, providing a centralized marketplace where partners can sell and manage TrendAI™ products and services. xSP Business team is the team that brings products and processes together, playing an important role in business enablement of TrendAI™ products, channels, and partners. We build platforms to make all TrendAI™ products go to market easily, and make TrendAI™ channel partners do business in a friendly manner. You will participate in every aspect of TrendAI™ business process, product lifecycle, and business model with partners.
As a team member, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of service development and required to fully utilize a variety of tools and methodologies, including AI-powered development tools, to ensure the quality of service development, delivery, and operation. Innovation and continuous learning are at the core of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead internal cross-team members for the Product Licensing Service group on multiple project deliveries to achieve business goals.
Lead the design and implementation of a new-generation entitlement management system, including necessary cross-department and cross-country system integrations.
A high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, and a keen sense of ownership to deliver results in an agile environment.
AI-Augmented Development
Integrate AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) throughout the development lifecycle, from spec writing, test generation, code review, to debugging, rather than using them as occasional shortcuts.
Critically evaluate AI-generated output before adoption, maintaining the same engineering standards as handwritten code, and guide the team to do the same.
Establish and share effective AI workflows within the team, including prompt template libraries and project-specific AI configurations.
Product and Platform Development
Lead and develop web applications in a full-stack manner for analysis and visualization for business stakeholders (Sales / SalesOps / Business Development).
Lead data-oriented decision-making for the Product Licensing Service group, including roadmap development, business decisions, and data visualization strategies.
Lead new technology solutions on the business side such as billing/invoicing, and deliver technical solutions using cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
DevOps and Operations
Work with a DevOps mindset: lead the team using DevOps tools to run services and respond in a timely manner.
Automate and enhance development and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Participate across multiple teams in a leading role through agile development methodology.
Qualifications / Requirements
Technical Skills
3+ years of related work experience.
Proficient in one or more of: C#, Python, Go, Node.js, with RESTful Web API development experience.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing and industry trends; capable of leading cloud project development on AWS or Azure.
Strong understanding of application security and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience designing and operating high-scalability, high-availability web services.
Capable of leading database design and managing DB-related activities.
Familiarity with microservice architectures and container solutions (Docker / K8s).
AI-Assisted Development Skills
Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in real projects or side projects.
Ability to provide effective context when working with AI, understanding that output quality depends on input quality (context engineering).
Habit of critically reviewing AI-generated code rather than adopting it directly; able to lead the team in establishing this standard.
Nice to Have
Experience with CI/CD automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and log visualization tools (e.g., Elasticsearch, Kibana).
Experience establishing consistent personal AI workflows (e.g., prompt template library, project-specific AI configuration).
Familiarity with context engineering techniques to guide AI toward higher-quality outputs.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
