Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Responsible for all day-to-day High Net Worth client and Investment Counsellor/Advisor service activities.  Manage client and operational queries. Liaising with RBCIS Operations and internal support teams, Investment community, and project teams to ensure clients receive an exceptional client experience.

           

What will you do?

  • Review, investigate and respond to client queries and requests.

  • Liaise with internal support teams to resolve client issues/inquiries and assign tasks/responsibilities as required.

  • Maintain awareness of Market, Tax, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)and Legal changes for the Products and Services provided to clients.

  • Escalate client issues, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Track client queries to ensure timely and accurate resolution within established timeframes to meet Service Standards.

  • Identify and explain complex issues and requirements to clients.

  • Take proactive approach to resolve client issues by being client aware and proactively anticipate client concerns.  Mitigate and minimize client escalations/complaints by taking appropriate actions to resolve any account issues within established guidelines.

  • Manage and coordinate client projects related to Legal, Tax and AML activities.

  • Oversee new client onboarding to ensure first time right success.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Excellent time management, communication, analytical and project management skills

  • Above average Microsoft Office Application Skills

  • Keen interest in Client Services and Industry knowledge of Financial Instruments/products in the banking and Investment Industry.

  • University Degree or College Diploma

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to Investments and Marketable Securities

  • Knowledge of Securities and Payment Operations

  • French an Asset

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$50,000.00 - $85,000.00
