Position Overview:

The Sr. Channel Manager, Amazon , is a critical member of the Brunswick Specialty Retail Enablement team, representing Navico Group to support in achieving incremental sales growth on Amazon. This role supports Brunswick business units to manage and optimize our brands’ presence on Amazon in service of shared channel growth objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cross-functional execution and promotion of the company’s product listings, and ensuring the implementation of marketing strategies meets the business channel objectives to drive sales growth profitably and minimizing conflict with key partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence, optimize advertising and promotional efforts, and improve the product launch process  The ideal candidate has experience with Amazon, an understanding of the Amazon flywheel levers, is results- and execution-oriented and has exposure to omnchannel go-to-market models. This role will also be instrumental in establishing ways of working process and playbooks that can be adopted Enterprise-wide to mature Amazon channel activities and working cross-functionally in a matrix environment.  

This strategic initiative aims to empower our division commercial teams, representing all divisions across the enterprise, by offering specialized channel, marketing, and analysis support to achieve success in a dynamic and competitive market.

Essential Functions

  • Business Representation: Serve as the liaison to the business ensuring that the Center of Excellence is prioritizing the business needs, feeding the business channel insights and guiding the business in their decision-making. Operate as the primary representative to the business on Amazon channel enablement activities and day-to-day channel activations  

  • Specialty Retail Channel Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to specialty retail channels, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives 

  • Merchandising and Content Strategy: Create the merchandising strategy by brand, providing direction on content prioritization, launch priorities and promotional support in collaboration with the Division Channel team, Digital Shelf and Performance Marketing teams. 

  • Advertising & Marketing: Work closely with the Division and Performance Marketing teams to plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives to drive sales growth. 

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Working closely with the Channel Analyst, monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and generate reports to provide actionable insights that improve profitability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

  • 5-10 years of experience in retail e-commerce, preferably with Amazon Strong understanding of digital merchandising and product content management. 

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. 

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. 

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent presentation skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working within or supporting a COE or similar cross-functional marketing initiative. 

    • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising tools and strategies  

    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) platforms. 

    • Knowledge of retail media networks and how they integrate with broader marketing strategies. 

    • Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize and communicate performance insights. 

    • Understanding of e-commerce compliance standards and experience managing partner compliance programs. 

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 

    • Experience using Stackline, Pacvue or similar in managing Amazon or eCommerce channel. 

    Working Conditions:

    Occasional travel required to visit the customer in Seattle, attend events, and attend QBRs in Menomonee Falls.  

    The anticipated pay range for this position is $100,900-160,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

    At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
