How you will make history here...

The Sales Strategy Analyst is a key part of the Sales Strategy Team, acting as a reporting analyst on business performance, assortment recommendations, and analytic tool development.  This role supports Meals & Beverage across all Channels and Customers.

What you will do...

Conducts business analysis of Meals & Bev category sales performance using syndicated and loyalty data.  Provides insights on drivers of sales performance and implications to future sales projections.

Appointed subject matter expert on select syndicated and/or panel data tools; leading communications and supporting training initiatives

Tracks business performance against metrics of distribution, shelving, and merchandising across the Meals & Bev portfolio to share with Sales Leadership and other cross functional partners.

Responsible for Meals & Bev data attribution and maintenance across our data tools

Supports scale up and share out of new reports and tools to drive better visibility and results across the sales organization

Supports Category Strategy for Meals & Bev in development of selling material content, SKU priority list guidance, and planogram building used by field sales teams.

Day to day support across Category Strategy, Sales Strategy, & Category Leadership solving business issues and analysis, as needed.

Works closely with Sales Reporting Director to develop analytic tools to support Category Strategy, Category Leadership, and Field Sales initiatives and content.

Assists the Director of Sales Data Analytics & Activation with vendor partnerships and budget management.

Who you will work with...

Develop a productive working relationship with cross functional partners: Marketing, Sales Reporting, Sales Strategy, Category Strategy, and Category Leadership Teams.

Create an on-going relationship with vendor partners (Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.) as primary point for Meals & Bev reporting

What you bring to the table ... (must have)

Bachelor's Degree required

4+ years of prior experience

Ability to use syndicated data sources: Iri/Circana, Nielsen

Prior exposure to enterprise reporting tools like MicroStrategy

Proficient with Excel & PowerPoint; Tableau, Power BI, Power Query experience a plus

This role falls into our hybrid work model, working in our Camden, NJ HQ office 3 days a week.

Approximately 10-20% travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$114,200-$164,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
