Key Responsibilities:
• Design and enable the roadmap of ultrasound commercial total capability enhancement.
• Build a centralized enablement platform by integrating internal and external resources, and systematically design the enablement system.
• Upon the pain points of commercial wing-wing processes, launch the empowerment programs to promote channel capabilities.
• Integrate all relevant resources (including ultrasound applications) to scheme the experiences and touchpoints for providing next-level services;
• Support Ultrasound solutions team via consultancy and strategical advisement to contribute in business growth.
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or above, with Medical, Management and Education being preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, and hospital management, medical industry background is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to insight internal and external client needs.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
• Innovation and learning agility.
• Strong resource integration capabilities.
