People Partner

We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support our GTM organization (Sales & Marketing). In this role, you will partner closely with leaders to build high-performing teams, raise the talent bar, and solve complex organizational challenges as we scale.

You will help leaders make better people decisions, drive accountability, and build teams that deliver results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and enjoys working directly with ambitious leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to provide clear recommendations on talent, performance, and org structure
  • Lead people initiatives that improve team performance and leadership capability
  • Build High-Performance Teams and drive performance management and talent reviews
  • Advise leaders on team design, scaling, and role clarity
  • Diagnose organizational problems and propose practical solutions
  • Support leaders through periods of rapid growth and change
  • Partner with leaders to raise the hiring bar and ensure hiring decisions align with long-term team success

Who You Are

  • 6–10 years experience in HRBP or People Partner roles
  • Experience and knowledge of French labour law (knowledge of other European locations a plus)
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or GTM teams
  • Strong experience in performance management, org design, and talent strategy
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling companies
  • Experience coaching and challenging senior leaders
  • Ability to diagnose complex people and organizational issues
  • Track record of solving people problems and improving team performance
  • Comfortable working with demanding leaders and ambitious goals
