The Opportunity:
A senior partner manager responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs). This role is accountable for leading relationship management, enrollment delivery, and increasing RP engagement and wallet share through personalized support, training, and data-driven performance conversations. As a senior member of the team, this role helps guide and mentor more junior team members.
What you’ll be doing every day:
Serve as a senior ambassador for ApplyBoard, showcasing our mission and value to educational agents, international institutions, and prospective students.
Lead the development and implementation of high-impact, scalable recruitment strategies to increase international student enrollment and expand ApplyBoard’s network.
Cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with top-tier agents and educational partners, negotiating key agreements and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
Represent ApplyBoard at major international education conferences and events, delivering compelling presentations to bolster ApplyBoard’s brand and influence in target markets.
Establish and maintain high standards for agent training and development, ensuring consistent quality in the student recruitment process.
Act as a primary point of escalation for complex issues, employing strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
Lead data-driven analysis of recruitment activities, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and enhanced market penetration.
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing recruitment trends and market research to inform strategic planning.
Mentor and support agents in developing their recruitment capabilities, enhancing their ability to drive student enrollment while upholding ApplyBoard’s mission and standards.
Contribute to cross-functional projects that amplify ApplyBoard’s international presence and facilitate more students’ access to quality education.
What you bring to the table:
4-6 years of proven success in sales or managing student recruitment or enterprise accounts
Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience, with a strong preference for a background in international education.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and inspiring a wide range of stakeholders.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a history of strategic decision-making and independent project leadership.
Superior organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities with precision.
Adept at problem-solving with a keen ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
Advanced technical proficiency with CRM systems and digital engagement tools, including social media platforms.
Proven experience in data analysis and the use of metrics to inform and refine recruitment strategies.
