As a Senior Business Analyst at IQVIA, you will play a key role in modernizing patient support programs by translating business needs into scalable, forward‑thinking digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with experts across the organization, expand your technical and analytical strengths, and help deliver programs that set new standards in patient access and affordability.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide systems and business analysis expertise to support the design, enhancement, and optimization of patient services programs and digital solutions. Under general direction, you will gather and translate user needs into clear business and system requirements that guide internal teams toward building scalable, effective products for clients.
You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, lead requirement‑gathering discussions, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including client services, development, and QA. You will also evaluate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the delivery of accurate, high‑quality documentation. This role requires strong organizational agility, the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift, and the confidence to challenge assumptions with both clients and internal SMEs.
This position is remote, with only occasional U.S. travel for key client meetings.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,600.00 - $211,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
