Sr. Benefits Analyst

What you will do-

Clarios is seeking Sr Benefits Analyst to support the design, pricing, implementation, administration and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s health and welfare benefits and retirement programs for the US region of Clarios under the direction of the Director Benefits (US/Canada). This role serves as a support team member on all aspects of benefits, understanding the complexity of the business.

How you will do it-

  • Support the Director Benefits (US/Canada) with benefits administration (with an emphasis on Leave of Absence, Disability and Retirement plans) in conjunction with third-party administrators and vendors.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external benefit providers and carriers to ensure the company is maximizing their services and support.
  • Manage day-to-day administration, compliance, auditing and reporting for employer-sponsored retirement plans.
  • Provide a high-level of service to employees and HR business partners around benefit matters and escalated issues.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls and audit functionality that ensure data integrity and effective, efficient administration of benefit programs and ensure that vendors also utilize adequate internal controls and monitoring on an on-going basis.
  • Ensure that all benefits programs are compliant with current legal requirements and monitor the environment to anticipate and prepare for future changes.

What we look for-

Required

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
  • 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience including the effective administration and oversight of employee benefit plans.
  • Strong communications and influencing skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and implement creative solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
