• 推动公司业务发展，开拓生意新的发展渠道，管理所辖区域内的销售工作（包括：结果指标-销量指标达成Sell-in & Sell-out、过程指标-销售活动执行及检查、费用监督及管理等）.
• 所辖区域:负责广西海南以及广东湛江地区经销商的管理工作，管理GT生意体量700万。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 完成销售指标，组织并执行完成各项计划、目标
• 制定管辖区域内经销商生意发展计划;
• 预算执行、控制及监督管理，确保费用使用的有效性及真实性
• 监督管理经销商和门店的OSI（进销存）及DMS系统，确保足量按时送货
• 制定经销商积分卡，并有效管理及发展经销商
• 协助经销管理库存和应收账款，确保库存合理和应收账款可控
• 费用及时核销和市场费用分配，确保市场费用使用合理性
• 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态，包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等；
• 及时准确地提供各类报表；
• 培养下属，包括第三方人员，以帮助提升业务及个人能力等发展
• 上级主管分配的其他工作或项目

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• 大专或以上学历

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• 有5年以上相关销售管理经验
• 诚实、守信；
• 能熟练应用电脑及OFFICE软件；有一定的语言处理能力；
• 具有业务谈判能力及沟通和协调能力；
• 对于所属地区的业务具有敏感度；对数据要有敏锐性，善于分析生意的机会点
• 团队合作精神；
• 致胜的工作态度及工作责任心；
• 分析/解决问题；
• 展现适应能力和抗压能力；
• 建立计划并执行；
• 有效的进行客户管理
