About the Role: Join our team as a Service Assurance team! In this role, you will support service assurance and project execution activities to help maintain service quality, achieve project objectives, and improve client satisfaction. You will assist with coordinating scope, schedule, resources, and cross-functional efforts while following industry best practices. The ideal candidate has strong Python programming skills, working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting. This role will also require collaborating with multiple teams, supporting issue resolution, contributing to process improvements and documentation, and communicating effectively with stakeholders, so strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
