Position Summary

The HR Vendor Excellence I03 Sr Associate HR Generalist is a critical member of the International HR Vendor Excellence team, responsible for managing the end-to-end HR Purchase Order (PO) process. This role ensures the accurate creation, renewal, and uplift calculation of POs, addresses vendor invoice queries, and collaborates with Accounts Payable to guarantee timely payment and resolution of escalations. The team processes approximately 600 POs and 4,000 invoices annually, supporting international HR benefits and tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of HR Purchase Orders, including monitoring, renewals, and uplift calculations.

  • Resolve vendor invoice queries promptly, liaising with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Partner closely with Accounts Payable to ensure on-time closure of payments and address escalations as needed.

  • Support the processing of AT&T benefits (such as pension plans and health insurance) and other HR tools and processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Benefits, Finance, Accounts Payable) across 50 countries.

  • Maintain and update internal processes, contributing to process simplification and automation.

  • Actively participate in team projects, such as the monthly newsletter and process documentation updates.

  • Manage and analyze data using Excel and Power BI to support reporting and process improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in ticket resolution, with the team managing approximately 2000 tickets annually across four regions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English—both spoken and business written.

  • 5 -10 years of professional experience in HR/ HR PO, Operations, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

  • Strong collaboration skills, especially across Benefits, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in process simplification and automation.

  • Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.

  • Experience working in a high-volume, international environment is a plus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Team & Operations Context

  • The Vendor Excellence team manages POs and supports the invoicing process for International HR, spanning 50 countries.

  • Handles an annual transaction volume of approximately $4.2 million USD.

  • Processes ~600+ POs and ~4,000 invoices per year.

  • Manages around 1800 support tickets annually across four regions.

  • Team consists of four members to ensure effective operations.

  • This position is Fixed term Employment for 12 Months.
