Data Intake, Quality, and Validation

  • Execute complex OR data implementations, including file intake, data mapping, and processing.
  • Conduct manual and automated review of data submissions to identify mapping discrepancies, missing elements, normalization issues, and integrity concerns.
  • Ensure member submissions meet Vizient’s data and quality standards across multiple intake requirements and processing systems.
  • Address escalated implementation questions and guide members and junior team members through troubleshooting barriers.
  • Support development, testing, and rollout of new workflows and tools.

Ongoing Submission, Member Engagement & Reporting Support

  • Serve as the escalated data contact for members regarding methodology, data source interpretation, and submission requirements.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve data errors (e.g., intake failures, mapping concerns, data quality reporting) and drive alternatives with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
  • Monitor multiple processing systems daily to confirm accurate loading and availability of data in Vizient tools.
  • Influence member decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Analysis & Insight Development

  • Support the delivery of customized analyses using internal/external, structured/unstructured datasets relevant to Procedural Analytics.
  • Research data sources and incorporate best practices into data validation and analysis approaches.
  • Synthesize insights and present actionable recommendations to internal teams and external member stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Execution

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with members, project managers, engineers, and internal cross-functional teams to manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Lead discrete projects or workstreams with moderate risk and resource needs.
  • Manage implementation timelines, provide daily updates in project management systems, and ensure deliverables meet scope and member expectations.
  • Mentor junior associates on data concepts, analytic techniques, and troubleshooting.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
