Position Summary:

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs for the Hyderabad Office. This role is critical in ensuring our offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals and talent strategy.

Job Architecture

  • Work with HR Business Partners and Global Compensation team to
    • Design and implement a comprehensive job architecture framework aligned with business strategy.
    • Define job families, levels, and titles across all functions.
    • Lead change management and communication efforts related to job architecture.
  • Partner with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking using market data.
  • Maintain governance and continuous improvement of the framework.

Compensation Strategy & Management

  • Participate in the development, deployment and administration of compensation plans that are fair, competitive, supportive of organizational strategies and compliant with company direction, local laws, pay equity or other statutory requirements
  • Work with Global Compensation and HYD HR team to design and manage compensation structures including base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Lead annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions. Includes partnering with HR business partners to accumulate, input, and review comp data used during year-end compensation process via beqom system.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Benefits Administration

  • Work with Global Benefits team to oversee the administration of employee benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement, insurance, etc.).
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings based on employee needs and market trends.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
  • Lead benefits communication and education initiatives to improve employee understanding and engagement.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for internal and external reviews.
  • Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on current programs.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track compensation and benefits metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to total rewards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human resources.
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits design, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); working knowledge of Workday is a plus
