日常工作內容
確保工地員工的安全，質素和合規性

指導工地維修和合同服務運營的績效
與工地工作人員一起進行工地教育培訓
維護客戶質素保證，管理人力和物料的支出
提高效率，管理時間表和回收情況
提供技術支援，根據需要，參與銷售評估/建議
提供技術支援，根據需要，與服務銷售人員合作，評估銷售/建議
授權維修訂單，並追蹤完成情況
引領變革以提高效率和溝通
成功所需的條件(根據當地法規進行調整)
需要高中教育；首選學士學位或同等相關工作經驗(至少3年)
最好具有領導技術人員團隊的經驗
電梯行業經驗是可取的,但不是必要的
擁有用於管理工作團隊和產品的數字應用程序的經驗
