Job Description:
- Support business team to service customers from technical perspective
- Work with sales and marketing personnel to recommend personal protection solutions to customers
- Lead and participate in PSD new product field test ， VOC analysis and develop sales tools
- PSD product new application development.
- Organize and participate in technical seminars for PSD solution and 3M brand promotion
- Communicate and collaborate with local, regional, global team, and China cross-functional team.
- Troubleshooting and independent complaint handling
- Connect with industry KOLs and association for 3M influence enhancement.
- Other duties as assigned.
